This combo contains: Cold Relief Potli, Comforter Balm, Comforter Roll on and Steam Inhalation oil.
Use Instructions for Steam Inhalation Oil:
- Take hot water in a vessel and add a few drops of the steam inhalation oil into it. Safely tuck yourself inside a blanket in a seated position and inhale the steam. You will come out afresh in a few minutes.
- Alternatively, you can also use this in a Steamer as well. Check your equipment use instructions to understand where the oil drops need to be added. Most equipment has a slot for such herbal oils/essential oils.
- Practice caution while handling hot water. It is very safe to use a steamer compared to the traditional method, especially when it comes to children.
Who can use? Can be used on kids over two 2 years with parental supervision. Anyone who finds relief in steaming can use this safely.

- The potlis can be reused effectively 10-15 times or even more if stored and used appropriately.
- Store in an airtight container between uses.
- Use within 6 months.
- The settings on the microwave oven or OTG is recommended to be the as the settings that you will be using to heat the food.
- Ensure the potli does not touch the ceiling or sides of the microwave or OTG.
- While heating the potli in a tava or small kadai, ensure to use low flame to avoid the base from getting burnt.
- Never leave the potlis unattended in the microwave or kadai.
- Stain of the herbal powders seen on the exterior of the fabric is common and not a product defect.
- The cold relief potlis will give out a yellow stain on the fabric while heating and it is completely normal.
